The aim for this Paddle Canada course is for participants to demonstrate the highest level of skills and principles necessary to paddle with a partner in open lake waters, to show confidence and ability to paddle in dynamic paddling environments thus allowing to travel longer distances on open water, and to exhibit leadership skills that will enable the planning and execution of a day trip in an open water environment in a variety of wind conditions. 

Participants may use their own gear, or the club gear can be made available. This course is for proficient paddlers who want to challenge their skill set and learn more advanced skills. Bring lunch, water bottles, rain gear, and any other personal items to keep you comfortable during the course.

Dates: Saturday May 9th at Hermitage Ponds, 9 am till 5 pm

Sunday May 10th at Islet Lake, 9 am till 5 pm
