I've offered to fill in for Master Chef Tim, and to host our 1st 2018 - Cake on the Lake.  The thinking is we have the option for meeting for a BBQ supper on the beach at Astotin or, just arrive for an pleasant  evening paddle on Astotin Lake(7:00 PM) and then finish with the traditional Cake and refreshments.  This is of course weather dependent, and a  registration (free) would be appreciated... and if it looks like a full trip... we may need more cake!
