Jim & Deb are leading their first club trip, on a run they've done before and expect to check out again prior to this trip.  The plan is to  leave Edmonton, early Saturday morning.  Drive out to the Berrymore Brdige (Hwy #759 south of Tomahawk) by 9:00 AM. A 100 min. drive from downtown Edmonton.  Unload, send the vehicles into Devon and then share a taxi back to the bridge.  Then two overnights camping on the river and finish Monday afternoon in Devon.  104 kms!  This is generally an easy run, there will be a few rocks to doge, the occasional gravelly chute, and possibly both sweepers and logjams to avoid, but usually easily done.  Basic river skills such as eddy turns, ferrying, staying tight to the inside of corners, and avoiding rocks will be required.  You need to be able to control your canoe, keeping it running straight, adjust for wind, etc.
