Ceyana Canoe Club - Annual General Meeting

We are once again planning an on-line AGM and social on Mar 19 2022, starting at 7:00 PM.   Google Meet link & info' is below.

Meeting will commence as soon as we reach quorum (about 18 members).  It will be brief:

Tentative Agenda:

- Executive Reports
- Treasurer Reports, appointment of Auditors
- Election of officers
- 2022 Club Programs Overview: Education, Tripping, Drop-In Paddling and social events. 

We are planning to finish with a Guest Speaker and presentation, tentatively from the Beaver Hills Bird Observatory, on local area nature.

Please register for this event... we would very much like to be able to confirm quorum in advance, and it assists with attendance records.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone's faces again!
