The Brazeau River is an advanced whitewater river up to Class 3. Paddlers are required to be capable of paddling in up to Class 3 whitewater.  There are full-day trips each day. Each paddler is required to have flotation and throw bag in their boat, wear a helmet and wet/dry suit. Random Camping, non serviced sites at confluence of Cardinal River and Brazeau Rivers, off of the Cardinal River Road.
