Neil and Roberta have again made arrangements for our Thursday evening Ceyana paddlers to give the outrigger canoes (OC 6 & OC 2) a trial paddle at the Leduc Boat Club.  Neil and Roberta both lived on the Big Island for some years and became competitive OC paddlers.  In fact, this is late this year as they are returning to Hawaii to paddle in the world Championships this August.  This is a great opportunity to try another variation of our paddling sport... don't miss it.  There is no cost to yourself or Ceyana Canoe Club but there are very limited seats available.  This is a promotional activity for Leduc Boat Club so please allow time for learning about the club and what they can offer in particular about outrigger canoeing, the paddling tank, and Community Outreach.  

As always bring along a water bottle, dry clothes, wet shoes, and PFD.  Other OC gear will be available at LBC.  And this is weather dependent.  Best to register in advance to "book" a seat, and to receive any program updates/cancellations.

Not a Ceyana Member (required for registering online), drop the Trip Leader an email and ask to join.  Most everyone will have to sign a LBC Notification of Risk if not already done so this year.
